Default 2010 5.3 quad cab exaust

oh and another question, how do i figure out which engine block i have?

Hey guys Im wanting to do either pacesetter or dynatec long tube headers, with an offroad y pipe and a free flowing muffler.

Does the pacesetter or dynatec long tube headers have places for the o2 sensors? will this throw CEL?

my long term plans is for full exaust, then end of the year upgrade the heads and cam.

Yes they have 1 bung per header for 02 sensors. Yes it will throw a CEL. You need to have the truck tuned for long tubes and that will fix the CEL issue because your truck now uses a sensor before and after the cat on each bank.

What he said. I have the dynatech headers. I cant say enough about the quality of the headers. I did have to get connection pipes for the flanges and they did come with bungs. I put in another set of bungs for the rear o2s. Im catless. If u have a good exhaust guy he can built u a good tru dual set up. I went 2 1/2 stainless with a ball joint on the drivers side after the trans. The sound is awesome with a xpipe and dual in dual out magnaflow

anyone near the Arkansas area that does tuning?

if I go long tube headers, off road y, do I need a dual inlet/dual outlet muffler? or does the off road y come to a single inlet?
