Default 2009 `500 w/4.8 monster cam, NA. Vacuum issues?

I just picked up a 2009 Silverado 1500 with a 4.8 and a monster cam... 232/238 wth .625 lift. It was put together before I bought it.... So when coming off throttle it will disable the traction control, as well as stabilitrak. It also tosses a code C0299-5A Brake boost regulation pressure sensor plausibility failure. Is there any way that the low vacuum from the cam is causing that issue? if so would a vacuum can, or a vac pump help or fix it?

Its definitely possible. What is odd though is when letting off the throttle your vacuum should be greatest.

I agree but if its highest level still is not enough, would that be causing the issue?
