No, those trims are well within the norm. Getting within 5% of zero with a cam a is great at idle if you ask me. A higher idle at 750-800 seems like it could help though.

Are you getting a check engine light? Could be a vacuum leak.

I will unplug the maf and see how it runs

No check engine lights and no vacuum leaks

Enriching the idle AFR can smooth things out. You'd just increase your O2 sensor switching voltage in the idle airflow mode cell(s). I'd start with something like 600-750mv and see how it feels.
