Default rough idle

a few times lately, right after i start my truck it has a rough idle. one day i thought it was going to stall out. i turned it off and restarted it. then the idle was fine. almost felt like a few plugs weren't connected. the rough idle doesn't happen everytime. it is just here and there occurence. here are some things i think it might be:

- bad plugs
- plug wire
- fuel filter

what do you guys think? i did take my K&N off the other day and cleaned the inside of the throttle body. looks like the tube and hose clamps are on secure

yes,

it wouldn't hurt to do an idle relearn as well after.

disconnect battery than reconnect
5 min running in drive sitting stationary,(after its warmed up)
5 mins in park

should help as well.

or maybe not.
