Default 2006 LQ4 connecting rods

Is 2006 to present the model years that the LQ4 has the better connecting rods like the LQ9?

I'm going to grab another stock LQ4 and run it.I'm going to keep the broken one and see once I take it apart if I can build an engine like you are.
