Default 2005 5.3 Exhaust Manifold Studs...

What is the GM part number for new studs for the exhaust, as I stripped out at least one and also what is the easiest way to replace the studs with out taking the manifolds off the engine in the truck? I have a 2005 ECSB, 4x4. Thanks. Also do brass nuts/studs help to make sure this doesn't happen again?

I did look at the search option and it would appear that heating them would work, but mine aren't broken yet... Just stripped out one... Also here is the size I found using the seach option is this correct 10mmx1.5? I think this part number as well, but it appears you have to buy 4 min and at gm parts direct it would put the cost at around 37... Gm part 11589264. Do I need one of those for each stud and does it come with the nuts as well?
