Default 2.5" or 3" on stock 6.0 with tune & headers

I have a 2002 2500hd 4x4 stock 6.0 with a basic performance tune and headers. Just got the headers on and need to get the rest of the exhaust done. My local exhaust shop only does 2.5" so I'm between having them do duals with a set of magnaflow mufflers similar to flow master 40 series or ordering speed engineering's 3" stainless kit with straight through mufflers I believe is pretty much just a glass pack and doing it myself. Any thoughts?

If its performance you're after I always lean toward anything bolt on with nice mandrel bends. The 2500 has a 3.5" tail pipe. Can you have them just make a mid pipe and do a straight through muffler until they can connect to that? Should be a fairly straight shot.

I have a Magnaflow dual 2.5" inlet/single 3.5" outlet. You could use something like that.

I have stainless works long tubes, 3 inch stainless duals to a set of high flow cats that flow into a pair of magnapacks and then into a dynomax xflo 3 inch dual in and 3 inch dual out. The tail pipes flow out the corners. Seems to flow way better than the corsa single i had before.
