tuning and truck died

was changing shift point in tune worked fine the first time ,got ready to make another change now truck will not start .have done read and write entire still starts and cut back off

Disconnect the battery for a couple minutes then hook it back up and try again.

Try reverting back to the stock tune. I loaded a flash once that the truck wouldn't start one. BTW you didn't touch any fly by wire tables did you? If you got them at all.
