Default 1999 5.3 valve seal part #'s

Anybody have a definite part number on the intake and exhaust valve seals for a 1999 5.3? Getting my stuff together for my cam swap and want to get some new valve seals. Also....... I want to make sure I got the right LS6 springs. I ordered 16 of part #12565313. Is that correct for the 2002 .550" Springs? Yellow right? Also, are the below part numbers I ordered correct for what I need?

12557840 Water Pump Gaskets (2)
12558013 Timing Cover Gasket
12561244 Front Crank Seal
12557840 Pulley Bolt

I just had one installed yesterday. All that I had to do was raise the idle in edit by 150 rpm's. I just added it to all of the rpm's listed in that one tab. It runs good now, you cant even tell that its in there by the sound. I set it to shift from 1-2 and 2-3 at 6200 rpm's and it pulls all of the way to the shift. I didnt loose any on the lowend either. Actually it starts around 1800 rpm whereas the stock one started pulling at around 2500 rpm's.

I'd probably do a timing chain as safe measure while you're there and an OE oil pump (though Melling does have a nice aftermarket one out now!)...

Would you send me the file also to jlwz71@ntelos.net? I would like to see what you have done for the idle. Thanks.
