I bought one for my 05 4.8 off ebay. Some guy from the Bronx. It is listed for a 04 - 05 vette and it was 19.95. Got it 2 weeks ago. I'm sure he has more. It is supposed to be a 160* but it runs at a dead on 180*.

in 04 the hole the thermostat housing goes in is a fraction smaller this is the same for 05 also,,this will really make u mad because the only way to see this is to drain the fluid and take the housing out and bam it dont fit...

I had a few choice words to say when this happend. I ordered an SLP from Summit and it was supposed to fit an 04. They didn't list for and 05 so I gambled. It was the entire water neck with the t-stat made into it. It wouldnt fit in. I had to put it back together with the stock one, then figure out what I needed, then drain it again and there is no easy way to drain it! One hell of a mess.
