180 stat running 200

it sounds about rt.. my cuzen got a 180 and he said it stayed rt under 210 and me on the 160 im always at 180

This is key, when you run the lower tstat tune the fans to the stat.

Letting the coolant flow earlier isn't enough to keep the temps low. The fans have a double-duty job of pulling heat off the radiator and pushing heat off engine itself.
