Anybody done this mod? What results? What brand used? Thanks in advance.

 

i have a buddy who put them on and we could tell a big diff with the RRs. He bought his from SLP. im thinkin about buyin some( heard they work real great with a LS6 cam)on the 5.3s.

 

I've run SLP 1.85 rockerarms on my 5.3 Tahoe with good results,you really need to change the valvesprings with them I used LS6 springs with mine.I think that if I were looking for 1.85 rockers now I would go with the Yella Terras.The 1.85 rockerarms seem to give about a 10 to 12 hp boost,but if you are considering installing a cam at a later time you probably wouldn't want to use them because they won't work well with a lot of aftermarket cams.
