In good weather you should be in the mid 12's possibly even faster with optimal track and atmosphere conditions. Unless the lightning is serously modded, I find it very hard to believe it will keep up with you.

I agree
Have you had much track experience?

If i may make a suggestion, you might want to start a new thread "going to the track need tips and advise" The guys here that do it well and do it often will shorten your learning curve,Im sure they can look at your mods and know what might happen and what ca be avoided.I didnt see tires in your mod list.Personally with all the HP you should be making you could be wasting a trip unless you had a lot of track time without some tires.Goodluck, anyone from here going to the track with you?

you will need the NOS and prob some good tires unless the L is not modded and driver is not exp in the launching . My stock 00 L ran 13.32 stock with no mods and with just a chip and lower 4lb it ran 12.86.

You should run at least mid 12's with that setup, even on street tires. You just have to learn how to launch. I was able to pull off 2.0 60' in my big *** truck on street tires. With a 150 shot you should be at about 11.5 or so. Your setup has alot of potential, just depends on tuning, tires, and your driving skills now.
Good luck
