Default 05+ efans or ls1 efans

Torn between the two. If I get the 05+ efans I'll have to get a radiator too but it'll be a clean install since the fans will bolt directly up to pre-existing holes. The ls1 efans will fit my current radiator but I will have to build brackets to mount them and such resulting in a not so clean install. I really want the 05+ setup since it's a factory stock setup but the ls1 fans will be much more affordable.

Just wanting some opinions guys, Thanks

Ls1's will do the same job as 05+

From everything I've read, don't go with after-market fans

Had flex a lite efans on mine and ended up selling them. Didn't get the job done for the price.

Went to the 05 radiator/efans and even on these hot 100*+ days in texas it never overheats and with the tru cool 40k cooler the transmission never gets over 130*. Well worth the upgrade.

I ran the LS1 fans for a while, but switched to the 05 fans and radiator when I had the money. Either one will work, but the 05 fans are a lot larger. Just get a 3 relay wiring harness with fuses so you can wire them up to properly and safely run controlled by the PCM.

Just checked out the trick efans and liked what I seen. Price seems very fair too. I wonder if they can be wired up the same way as the 05+ efans using the harness from Nelson or BlackBear to work off of the pcm?
