Default 05 5.3 gmc sierra knocking or ticking

Ok so I just pulled up to autozone and parked with the truck slightly up hill, while sitting here for 5 min the motor started making what sounds like a lifter tick. I backed up and parked and now the nose of the truck is angled downhill and the ticking got quiet and now went went away. Oil pressure at 30psi at idle. Any ideas?

How many miles on your oil?

My wifes truck does this..... higher mileage on oil at idle will be 25ish- fresh change will be 40 at idle till 2500miles or so

it’s gets louder as the oil breaks down

it just had an oil change 160 miles ago because they fix the oil pan gasket leak. It only does it on uneven surfaces but a cold start up on level ground it is fine

That's kinda of odd if it's a lifter, maybe it's an exhaust leak at the manifold and the weight shift of the exhaust makes it sound worse?
