As you all know I broke the #7 piston at 440rwhp. Though this is probably a result of poor tuning I think my fuel system was up to the task. Here are my recommendations.

up to 500rwhp: 255lph intank, 42lb injectors, custom tune.
up to 600rwhp: 255lph intank, Boost-a-Pump, 60lb injectors, custom tune or
Twin 255 intanks, 60lb injectors, custom tune.
Anything over 600rwhp: Custom return style fuel system. To be safe.

For my next go round I'll have a 408 with afr 225s, D1sc, custom blower cam, victor Jr. intake. I will be doing a custom return style fuel system, using a custom sumped aluminum fuel tank (stock location) and an external pump.

this sounds like the common advice around, the only thing is I know people do it, but it seems being on a returnless system and getting 500hp out of the 42lber's is harder. Not that people aren't doing it, just moving up in injector is probably a real good idea. Soooo I'd change it up a little, once you hit 450hp-put on your mod list injectors if you plan to go after more horses. especially 500+.
