a high flow filter inline after the pump would be a good idea.

Did you ever complete the swap over to return style?

How much power are you making to max out the walbro pump? I am just curious how far that pump can go....

i was only able to get the a/f down to 12.6 (11.0 commanded) under 10-12lbs boost with the walbro+returnless style. From what i have read, other people have taken them further with no issues, but it just wouldnt work for me. On the dyno i made 505rwhp running lean. i havent been to the dyno since the conversion.

Hate to dig up an old thread, but I'm getting ready to go through my fuel system and it sounds like I want to go with exactly what you have.

How much of each line did you end up using?
Happen to have any photos handy?

Also, I thought I remember reading somewhere that you routed your fuel lines up to the firewall or something. Any reason for this routing over going above trans?

I'd appreciate any input!

I got all the line from summit (-8 feed, -6 return). i dont know how much exactly i used but one order from summit was plenty.

I actually have no photos of the conversion (except top engine bay). but i routed the lines along the inside frame rail all the way inside the fender then up to to the regulator (reg was mounted on the hood ground strap point).

i just wanted to keep everything simple and not have the lines crossing over and such. its a straight shot from the 044 on the rail to the engine bay
