So my radiator cracked and I had to get a new one. I have a 99. Picked up an 04 w/50k on it for 100 bucks. I install it with the last thing to put on is the drain plug. **** doesn't fit! Call autozone and the say all plugs are the same through 06. I figured it was stripped. Drive all the way back to higgins auto. Guy looks at , "oh, some 04 models have the fittings but are not tapped"


GM makes them all the same , ****** fittings already molded but decides some models shouldn't take 0.2 seconds to get tapped.

Yep, no drain petcock on the newer ones.

 

Ya i just don't get it. if the molding is all there why not just tap the ****!!

 

So if the radiator doesn't tap that **** it's gay? What if it's just waiting for marriage?

I was just thinking this today, and then I come here and there is a post on it.

 

If it's waiting for marriage its definitely gay or will soon be gay. Well in all truth the gay radiator doesn't leak fluid and makes my truck run good. That doesn't make my truck gay.. does it?
