Slightly off topic, but I went to Carlisle the other week and they had a Trailblazer SS prototype. It has a 6.0L and 4L80E transmission.

NO, the new buick reineer is the short envoy with a 5.3 liter in it though! I used to sell cars...... GMCs, buicks, pontiacs.

Hmmm, GMC's site shows the weight as 4432 for the 2WD, and 4616 for the 4WD. Isn't that pretty much between a RCSB and ECSB 2WD truck?

Well, if I'm decoding the door jam sticker correctly the GVWR is 6400 lbs. and the availble payload is listed as 1214 lbs., this would put the vehicle weight around 5186 lbs.

That will certainly vary some by options; this one has running boards, sun roof, DVD player, etc.

Oh yeah; that's for the short one with the 6 cylinder. That one would be lighter.
