Default 02 sensor placement/delete ???'s

I'm looking at getting HPtuners (looks like the best deal for me) and I'm wondering if I delete the rear o2's will it effect the tune a bunch? I don't know crap about the way the o2 system works. Also, I've heard a lot of different responses on whether or not doing this/using HPtuners will void my warranty. If I scan/save the stock tune couldn't I just rescan it later with the stock tune if I had to bring the truck in to be serviced for some reason? would it be detectable? I'm going to leave my o2 sensors hooked into the exhaust, I have to extend one of the sensors due to the exhaust setup. any opinions would be greatly appreciated, and if I just dont know what I'm talking about lemme know haha

Nope, all the rear O2 sensors job is to make sure the CATs are working properly. The front O2 sensors are the ones that make adjusts for the AFR.
Turning them off will not effect anything except for not telling you if you have a bad cat.

it's still not technically "legal" to remove both cats and put 1 hi flow in place of it. if it came with 2 cats it's legally supposed to have 2 cats... but, here all they do for inspection is hook up to the OBDII port and if everything renders "ready" then you pass emissions. so , really you could get away with it, but if your exhaust is real loud they'll look under there.

as for right now I'm not sure that if I delete the rear o2's whether or not they'll show up as "not ready" when I get my inspection. hopefully wednesday i'll install hptuners when it gets here and I'll take it up to my buddy's shop to test it

When you tune make sure you select option #3 "NO ERROR REPORTED" if you use option #2 No MIL it will come up as not ready.
