What was the first year of ETC on 4.8's and 5.3's?

Does anyone know what the first years of Electronic Throttle Control for 5.3's and 4.8s?

they started in the trucks in 2003 as standard, but the SUV's started before that, not sure when. also the trucks with traction control prior to 03 had them

SUV's with traction control in 02 have them. Mine does.
