Default 02-04 stock cam size?

anyone know if the 5.3's all cam with the same size cam?

if so, whats the specs?

looking to see if its worth slapping a 01-02zo6 cam in there. If anyone's done so.. how id daily driving? Note, this truck needs to make 2 hour trips with no issues

Slapping an ls6 cam in there is worth about 30rwhp. I would personaly do an 01 ls6 instead of an 02+. This cam should idle just like your stock cam.

Can't recall them now but I do know with the 01 ls6 cam, you won't loose as much low end compared to the 02+. This is why many people suggest going with the 01.

how about tuning wise with that cam? I have ls1edit for my car and will probably get it for the truck, but would everything do fairly well for awhile without the tune?

Thanks for the help also

found the cam specs.. i take the 01ls6 cam would be a good choice without a stall correct?

just looking for some top end without to much low end loss
