Yup another 4 link question!!!

It's definitely a low end kit, but It's basic and offers something in the entry level range. Chris Alston Chassis Works has great support for there products.
As far as Building your own kit it's not much if any cheaper. If I remember It's usually around $50 a rod end and around $20-$25 for threaded tube ends. Plus material to build 4 bars so like another $50-$60
Then I have to buy a Sheet of Cromoly and pay some one to cut my File's. So like another $300
In other words I am right up there with the high end Pro kit's, But building my own brackets allows me to check my suspension points before the car is ever put together. I can also see how changes will effect my set up. I would have to look over my pictures of various 4 links from my self and from whats out in the industry.

It really depends on your goals. You can get by with a less expensive kit if your only planing to go into the tens.
By that I mean a kit that has less adjustment points, has thread steel bars, and over all keeps the cost down.
Several companies sell 4 link kits. Some have basic kits as well as more advanced kits.
Applied Racing Technology
Chris Alston's Chassis Works
Rick Jones Race Cars A.K.A. QuarterMax
Tim McAmis Race cars
Chassis Engineering
Jerry Bickel
Auto Fab Race Cars
Art Morrison
I am sure there are more shops that I am missing, but you get the idea. By far one of the worst is Competition Engineering. The brackets are stamped and often bowed from the process. The hole placement has no consistency either making it difficult to measure and plot the point's.
There was a thread but I am having trouble finding it. I have asked another member to post up his set up to give you an idea of what a truck would look like with a 4 link.
