Default Yank or PI stall

Which brand should I look at?Or are there any other brands you recommend? This will be behind a procharged [12 psi max boost] stock 5.3 with a 4L60E and 4.11's. I'm looking to get and go better from a dig.I was looking at a Yank sst3200 or sc3000.I don't tow with the truck but I do go on the beach a lot, which is a strain on trucks. Also want a stall not to drop a lot of rpm's between shifts. Here is what the truck looks like.I ran a 14.41 yesterday and would like to run high 13's with my truck as it sits.So I thought a stall would get me more out of my procharger set-up.Especially out of the hole.

Stock 4l60E?!?!! Along with that stall (they are both great units) I'd look into getting that thing built!

basically PI-Vig or Yank. TCI is junk when it comes to lock-up converters. Fuddle is hit and miss from what ive heard.

Buy a cheap Dacco stall for $225 and then when ur trans blows order a PI along with an FLT tranny. $900 is alot to spend on a converter when you have a huge risk of poppin the stock trans and ruining the converter.

Definitely something to think about. When a tranny goes is there a good chance it will take out the TC?

Yes, mostly it depends on what actually happens to the tranny. If it blows and metal shaving get dispursed throughout then you wont be able to get them all out of the TC. If you want the added performance now, buy the cheapy and save for a tranny. If not just wait till u got 3K for a level 5 FLT and PI stall. >>>>> check out their site, they are a sponsor on here and do great work.>>>>>
