both single disc or is the circle-d multi?

I have run both and the yank is much tighter at part throttle (around town) but personally I would much rather have the circle d in the truck. Some of my feeling has to be with the wot lockup which seems to pull so much harder.

Well if you want a multi-disc converter then you will have to go with Circle-D as all Yanks are single disc, I'm 99% sure.

multi disc, are just that, multi disc. the lockup disc in a 9.5" verter are about the same size as a small 4 cylinder manual trans clutch, so they wont hold a wot lockup. unless you get a multi disc, that doubles the disc space so it will not harm the verter disc.

I still say circle d multi! I will change this one out if it doesnt do what I want the next time I go to the track.
