Just going to hole saw some holes here for socket access and then weld angle iron on here. So the 180 flip doesn't work cause the mounting plate left to right is off center




In Tucson for the weekend hope to finish it on Monday night

Would sliding crossmember back and drilling holes through the frame work??? Have you tried to install rear shaft yet??

It would probably work but then I would have to make new kick bars, and that more work then doing two 6" welds. Have not tried the drive shaft yet. Only appears to be 1.5" longer thought I read 2.5, but the measurements weren't the best caus it was at an angle

That's the new Ds, didn't have much play, wanted more for the travel, th old one did fit but this one is stronger since I add a D1SC, new tall *** first gear sucks though, take forever to get into boost, already have a new pulley in order,have a 4.0 going to a 3.85

Is that slip yoke longer than the stock one, i dont have enough upward travel witb the 2500 springs im more concerned with how much is out of my t case as it sits

I didn't weigh them but they are about the same its steel, and stronger, spicer u joints and the whole shaft and joints are new for 295
