Will my 4l60 hold up with my 6.0 swap?

Like the top 4 records.

Was that the 1st one, 2nd one, 3rd one, or 4th one?

tho its basically impossible, if someone did do the servo/shift kit/cooler and put an lq4/lq9 infront of it and drove it like a sane person I.E. no WOT no burnouts no launches.. just drove it nice and easy... would it add any length of time it lasted?

You just described my setup. I drive sanely and only do WOT every now and then. The bone stock 4l60e has roughly 149k on it now (its been behind the lq9 for ~1 year now) and still works perfect. Although, what I hate is that the transmission dictates my driving style. Also, the torque management is horrible. I know Wheatley has some of it out, but during the shift you can actually feel the thing fall on it's face and then accelerate after the shift.
