i know the motor and trans came out of mine as one. it was alot easeir for me to do it this way. i dont knwo about the case. what i did was remove hood, remove rad, ac condensor and upper rad brace. after that its just pull and go.

Was it tight? I think the t-case makes it a few inches longer.

in your case remove them both, you can get them out as one piece, but you need to take the intake off. and then your truck is a little high so you will need a picker that will go up pretty high in order for the pan to clear the front. But for sure you will need to take the intake off.

Thanks Beto - I'll drop the front end down a little and give it a shot. I'm gonna try to pull it all this week.

I took all the **** out at one time. I was too lazy to seperate it. Had to put a hell of an angle on it when lifting. Plus the truck had to be up off the ground for the tail shaft to clear the ground.

Did you not take the intake off? I thought that you did. I guess you might be able to take it out as one piece with the intake on, but you have to remove the crank pulley.
