Default Will cal-tracs really help me?

Yes before everyone burns me for asking and having a 4wd this owuld be for the track cause 4wd causes more parasitic loss. On the street I would use 4wd. On the track I would like to run slicks and Im not sure that would be enough by itself when the new motor is in.

I hope they work!!! I've had a brand new set sitting in my floor since the last group purchase, and I've been plagued with traction woes. I think with the combo of my caltracs, the wider et streets, and the QA1s, I could just possibly hook this thing for a good nitrous pass. Of course...it could all be a waste of money.

What are you're times for 4hi and 2hi? I always thought 4x4 made up for its parasitic lose by getting you outta the hole faster. Any spinning in 2wd while you are sitting there has got to kill your times. I need to go to the track!

Right now my time in 2wd are faster cause I dont have thehp to spin them off the line on a well prepped track buts ine my nitrous I think Im going to have to launch in 4wd. It would be better to be able to hook on 2wd and not have to use 4wd.

I can cut 1.8 60 foot times with slicks and Cal-Tracs. They work well pretty well on our trucks I think.
