Yeah I like those too, but when it starts pushing what can you do?

I leave this weekend so no racing till 3 weeks. Btw pinion angle is at -3 degrees.

How tight are your bars and are they in the upper or lower hole?

I've tried preloading them by 2 faces, barely touching, and 1/2' off the leafs. Bars or in the bottom hole parallel with the ground.

i know it sounds crazy, but try spraying a bigger shot out of the hole. my buddy has a car that wont hook on motor, but will pick up the tires hitting a 250 shot out of the hole. i guess it shocks the tires into hooking. this was my next plan of action with my truck before i took it apart.

Putting the bars in the upper hole will hit the tires harder and the more preload you add, the harder the hit.

I can understand that, but where all missing something here. I've cut 1.74's on stock suspension with dr's. With less power then I'm making now. So I'm just dumbfounded in why I can't do it with slicks. Is the sidewalks soaking up to much? Should I go back to a dr's?

I readed the samething on yb, but I'm not even close to my stock suspension times yet. It's got to be the softer sidewalls that is hurting me.
