The say i drove my truck off the lot, I didn't have reverse, so the warranty took care of the truck's first new tranny.

I'm making over 400rwhp now, and this tranny is still shifting just fine.

I guess I'll thought mine in here too. Been running the STS at 7 lbs for about a month now with nothing more then a DACCO 2200 stall and the usual shift kit and servos. Probably put 3000 miles on it and no signs of sliping yet.

i dont know if i killed mine, but that day after i got my stall it, my tranny died on me, that was just backing out of the garage.

so far so good on this one, 300+hp, mid 13's, but the test will be when i put the et streets on.

80's seem to be pretty tough. For a stock truck I would guess 70-100K depending on how much you beat it.

Still on the original one here too. Truck has 70k on it but I don't beat on it all the time either.

my tranny went the second day i had the truck with 42 miles on my truck. it has made it to 98,000. i put in a 6.0 (with heads, cams etc) and lifted it also at 76,000. i just got my gears lowered tuesday to a 4.10. i am not easy on the truck either. time will tell.
