Default where to put SPRING CLAMPS?

So do they go in front of or behind the rear axle.
I'm thinking in front of the rear axle.
I have seen pics posted but did they did not show orientation.
I'm making a set before I go to the track.

they go in front of the rear axle. i took my drop shackles off and now i'm running spring clamps with the drop hangers. it gives me about a 3 in drop. they worked good as hell with my street et's at the track. truck leaves hard with minimum squat.

correct, in front of the axle. as far forward as you can get them and tighten them down good.
