I’ve only ever heard but one negative story involving them, it involved a truck they re-geared and the lugs were accidently left loose on one wheel and it came off during the test drive causing minor damage to the quarter panel. It wasn’t so much that it happened, as things can get overlooked when more than one person has their hands in the pie, as was the outcome afterwards. They took care of it like professionals, had the truck repaired and everyone was satisfied, really all you can ask for and more than you get in a lot of cases. In all the years I’ve been dealing with them they have never let me down and really went out of their way to get me out of a bind in the past. They have also corrected several installations that other just never seemed able to get right and that’s just on the ones I know of, I’m sure they do it on a weekly basis.
