Default Wheel fitment help with 4/6 drop

Hopefully someone has an answer to my issue, any info would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I have a 2002 Chevy ECSB that I am about to lower 4/6 with McGaughy's components, but I need to do wheels at the same time since I only have the factory 16" wheel and tire combo right now and of coarse they will not fit with the new spindels and as low as I'm going. I want to lower it with 22" wheels. I found a guy that is selling some 22x9.5 wheels with a 14mm offset and 265/35R22 tires for a decent price. Now my question is will this wheel and tire combo work with as low as I'm going without any rubbing issues? And if so, is in necessary to roll the rear fender lip. Is this offset ideal? This is my daily and I do haul stuff in the bed from time to time (not extremely heavy) and a little rubbing is okay but I don't want extreme rubbing. If this wheel combo will not work with a 4/6 then what 22" wheel and tire combo should I look for.
