What's the proper procedure for setting up front bumpstops on a lowered 4x4?

Thanks for the replies guys. After considering it, I've decided to go with a coilover setup. I bought Atomic's adapters and a slew of coilover parts.

I hadn't really planned on spending more money on my suspension, but this is probably the best route.
