what stall??

Angry what stall??

I got a 99scsb with the 5.3 im running a 221-221 558 114lsa, pace setter lt's, wait for me tune, and 4.10s im looking at a yank tt3000 would this be a good stall or should i go higher? its my weekend truck, i just need it to take off!

ya i was looking at that one too, but i didn't know if it would be worth the extra money?? ill just be running street tires on it and i mostly just street race with it, all i know is my 2.6 60 foot just aint cutting it!

I would do a 3000-3200 especially if your sticking with street tires. The higher stall the more you will roast them.

Drag radials and a 3600-4000 converter.

i like the 3600 with drag radial idea becouse a got a few pullyed lightings i need to take care of out here! but im not shur i was planning on just getting the 3000 but if im gana pull my tranny out i want something i know ill be happy with.

The yank 3000 is TOO tight, its the same diameter as the stock converter and CANNOT be re-stalled any higher, save yourself some time and heartache and get the SS3600, It'll flash great and the shift extensions are awesome!

One thing to consider if you went with a PI is they will give one free restall if you are not happy with it as it comes...my .02
