What size drag radial's should I get.

Default What size drag radial's should I get.

I dont know what size I should run..I could get Mickey Thompson ET radial 255/50R16 Dia.26" or the M&H drag radial 275/55R16 Dia.27.9"..

Im running 3.42 with stock G80..The best i have ran on the generals 255/70R16 is 14.41@93.51mph with a 2.147 60' time..I have to peddle it out of the hole..Im crossing the traps at the top of second gear.. What size do you thank I should run?. Thanks..

Anybody tried them yet?

I have the nitto drag radials. They are 245/50/r16. The truck does look kind of funny with them but I dont really care. They are about 10 pounds lighter a tire than the stock ones and they hooked ok at the track. Of course I went to a shitty track.

By the way this is kind of off topic what do you have done to your truck. I ran 14.6 N/A on stock tires with some bolt ons.

Will those 275/55/r16 fit on a stock rim ? I thought the aluminum rims were 16x7. According to that website you would need a 9 inch rim.

I have LS1 E-fans,K&N FIPK,TCI sf 3000,trans-go shift kit,magaflow exhaust and HP Tuners..I also go to a track with good track prep
(bradenton motorsports park)..
