Exclamation what parts to build up trans?

hey fellas, just recently found myself buying a reman tranny for LIL WHITE he broke his other one. i had the transgo hd 2 shift kit with the sonnax 2nd gear billit servo, but what else do i need to make this thing more durable and lasting for a while. i had the spray on it for a year before it finally went out, surprised the hell out of me, and about 2 years on all the other work in the motor. what else do i need to make er hold up. when i put the bottle heater on it blew the tranny the second pass at the track. any help is apreciated guys. and where should i get the parts from? i hadnt found a good place since flt went out.

Do you want to tear the whole trans down to install the parts, or do you want just small bolt on parts that you just have to drop the pan?

You have to tear down the trans to replace the band, so thats out of the question. My only suggestions would be to do the hd-2 kit, both billet servos, metal accumulator pistons, and a good cooler. Thats about all you can do without tearing into it.
