A while back when I was thinking about lift my truck and regearing the local offroad shop wanted about 800 in labor the rear was pretty cheap but the front was a killer.

I got quoted $1200, $1500 and a couple places well over $2000. This was with parts. I don't know what labor was seperate.

Yeah I wouldnt mess with the gear change just go to a little smaller tires or put that money towards other mods.

rollin 35s so I gotta get lower gears. truck is a ***** w/ the 3.73s
I'm heavily considering swapping the rear end with a semi floating 14 bolt, but I'm leaving the fron diff as it is except for the gears. Kinda figured it would be a bitch to get that front end worked on.

My friend paid about 1500 for his gears + auburn pro + install.
