what is this connector?

Default what is this connector?

im modifying a 99 tahoe 5.3 harness for my project and i ran across this connector ( the red one) anybody have any idea what it is? its located in the same harness as the rear o2 and transmission connector

Thats a good one.. which pins does it run back to on the PCM?

thats the weird part..... i traced the signal wire back to pin 56 ( white wire) on the blue PCM connector and LT1 swap has it listed as not used. i know for a fact that this harness is out of a 99 tahoe. my harness also didnt have ANY pins in the EGR/emissions pin slots that LT1 swap noted to take out, they already werent there. everything else was great though.

If memory serves me right if close to 96 harness and if goes on passenger side I think its for the coil pack on top of passenger valve cover thats what it looks like to me but rhat was 4 years ago check to see if it is

The coil packs for the 99 taho should be with the injector connectors.. The crank connector should be with the starter wire so thats not it.

3 wires means its a sensor.

look on the 2002 PCM diagram too.

Is that the one that plugs into the side of the oil pan?

That one is just a 2 wire. i thought about that too. but its in the same harness as the starter and crank sensor i think.

Its been a while but this plug is also open on my truck. I think it would go to the AIR pump if you had one.
