Video works best

Brand new rotors since my others had a crack in them, I replaced them (havent even driven with them yet).
What do you think? Warped axle shaft? Bearing failure? Everything looks fine but something is obvious amiss...
I switched shafts left to right and was going to see if it changed sides but I ran out of daylight. Any other suggestions?

Noise is actually worse on the passenger side, camera was playing tricks. Its always been like this, but before I had it adjusted so it was more or less a non-issue, but I would like to fix the problem, not just beat around it.
Differential looks great. Wear pattern is spot on and no loose metal or busted bearings that I can see.
I really really doubt the axle shaft is bent, and it is straight as well as I can measure, but is it possible the mounting flanges are bent compared to the shaft?
