walk me thru a tru trac install

Carrier can just be snugged up, driveshaft needs to be out of the way so you can rotated the pinion when needed. Just take the straps off of the U joint and tie the shaft up out of the way from the crossmember. I usually use a short strap or some rope.

You can look at my thread or AxisT6's thread and there are pics for setting up the dial indicator to measure BL.

Oh yeah, Axles out.

alright thanks for the help. its been while sense ive checked backlash but i think ill figure it out.

Anyone have a part number for the carrier bearings for the tru trac install..01 Silverado 10 bolt 30 spline
