Default VSS 4l80

I have asked this before but I am still confused about the VSS on the 4l80E swap. I have ONE VSS on my 4wd 4L80 it is in the front of the tranny. There is a plug in the rear hole. Is the front plug where I plug in the new harness? If so what do I do with the old VSS harness from the 4L60 do I just tie it up somewhere? Pics would be great and good details would help!!

The front hole is input/turbine speed and the rear is output speed. In your case I believe it's a 4x4 so the output being read via the transfer case.

Yep, the 4wd rear sensor is off of the T-Case.

So I just leave the old 4l60E plug hanging there and run the new harness up to the PCM and plug it in to the front sensor?

No the vss is in the transfer case. That is where you have to plug it in.

i would assume the factory plug goes to the vss in the transfer case and the new plug from your new harness goes to the sensor in the fron that you mentioned

That is right.
All the wiring to the T-case stays the same, the harness that you got from speed engineering goes from the ECM plugs into the front sensor on the 80e.

The little two prong plug that plugs into the front VSS on the 80e goes to the computer right? If so which pins do you put the two wires in? I bought my harness used and havent been able to find instructions or anything.
