So the stall I installed is a Midwest dual clutch 9 1/2. I have billet servos in and boost valve, but no valve body (shift kit). I also have the line pressure up, but what you are saying is the truck will not shift right until I get the shift kit in and a tune for the where the truck is locking up at????

i drove mine a little more today, and it just shifts through the stall. I am just gonna put the cam in and tune it. see how it does. otherwise, i will be putting another stall in it.

You need to get some PCM tuning done. The higher input rpm that is seen before the VSS output is detected can cause problems.
Torque management and all the different TM'like tables should be disabled so the PCM doesnt interfere.
I also heard that Precision Industries was using their 10 1/2" Vigilantes rather than the 9 1/2" because of warranty issues with the smaller TCC in the 9 1/2" in truck applications.
3700 lbs is VERY light for a NBS truck, you must have done some substantial weight reduction. The 99+ trucks are heavier than the 88-99 OBS trucks. My rcsb is around 4000 with me and a 1/4 tank of fuel. It seems as though trucks get heavier and heavier as time goes on. Most 99+ NBS rcsb trucks are around 4300 lbs, depending on options and fuel load.
