Tweaked with my tune now it won't downshift from OD/4th into 3rd while coasting..
Hey guys, I have HP Tuners and know enough to get into trouble. Last week I was messing with some shift settings, mostly lockup for towing with my 2003 Silverado (4L80e swap). I noticed yesterday that when I now manually move the shifter from 4th to 3rd while coasting downhill (mostly for engine braking reasons) it won't actually downshift into 3rd. If I am cruising with the throttle applied and I move the shifter into 3rd from 4th it will downshift. I have compared previous tunes, but I am at a loss to what I changed.
I will gladly email my tune to anyone who wants to see the actual settings.
Thanks!!

Never heard of that happening before. Nothing really screamed at me for being wrong in the transmission stuff at a quick glance.
I do question some of the other things in the tune though. It worries me that you do not have the boost enrichment tables setup at all and that your commanded AFR at WOT is basically 14.1 down to 13.38.
14.22/1.008 = 14.1.
Hard to tell if your raping the VE to splash in more fuel, incorrect injector size entered in the tune or if your running absurd fuel pressure because if you used a wideband error against the commanded AFR in boost it would be a crazy amount of fueling error there.

Yeah then whoever did should be slapped LOL.
Not to get off topic but that's not how you tune a boost setup correctly. Either the injector size is wrong or he's just raping the VE table to throw in more fuel instead of actually setting up the boost enrichment table and PE table to commanded 11.4 AFR and adjust the fueling with the actual airflow model that is your VE table.

Hate to ask,
Did you go back and undo your changes?
Just looking at the part-throttle shift tables, it looks like you are running a 29in tire.
With that being said, look at the attached spreadsheet and copy/paste this into your tune.
normal, cruise, performance, hot tables should all be the same so your PCM doesn't get confused.
I don't know what to tell you about the other tables under normal other than putting them back to stock, if they aren't already.
