One other thing to check is the boost valve. I have seen where the snap ring does not get fully installed and cause this issue as well. Recently I have seen some issues with the TG boost valve sleeve. Make sure that both holes do not have any burs in the holes on the outside of the sleeve. yes ^ that happened to me the snap ring wasnt in all the way and actually the boost valve fell out... i was on the lift, tryed to back off and i had no reverse......

haha aleast you found the problem easy enough. btw your rear tires should move when the truck is up on the lift mine does but it wont move at all on the ground until you give it gas like stated cause of the 3600 stall.
