So, pull the cap, the axles slide in, spacer in the middle, and the C clips go back in like normal? Seems easy, Ill F it up somehow

pull cap, remove the spacer, slide in the axles, install the clips, pull the axles out to seat the clips, then put in the spacer. Easy peasy.

Curious if you'll be using a case spreader or not...from what I've read most guys seem to get away without needing one. If this is the case, I'll be doing my own also, but if I find out that a case spreader is necessary, then it'll be cheaper to pay someone than to buy a case spreader lol. I don't weld so I can't fab one up either...

Never used one for any posi I've installed in the past, but who knows on this one...

I was only quoted $100 to swap it so I would imagine that a spreader isn't needed.

whats a case spreader for?
We got a crowbar and pried my G80 out, put the ring gear on the Eaton LSD and beat the new diff back in with a rubber hammer
got plenty of miles on it with no problems.
