Default Transmission problems? or too much power?

I have a 2002 silverado 2500HD with 6.0.

i need to know if i need a better clutch or is something wrong with my transmission. Everytime i run it hard and shift from 2nd to 3rd it grinds going into third. hopefully i just need a clutch upgrade and if so whats the best to get and how much will it cost? Thanks.

Probably the synchronizer is ruffed up. It's not that you have too much power, more of it wasn't mint to be a raced and bang gears. LOL
