I bought this 07' classic ccsb in March and recently I've noticed a vibration at idle, it smooths out if I put the truck in neutral or park but in drive with the brakes on sitting at a light it has a slight vibration to it, to me it feels like a trans vibration rather than a motor, the little 4.8 is very smooth
It just feels like when the trans is under a load it has the vibration

So is the mount a good guess and need to be replaced?

Just get under there and check it. You can see if the mount is bad and you can move the trans around.
