Default Transmission coolant lines hitting the header?

Anybody else have this problem? Can you bend the lines to clear the header? or do you have to re-route it some way?

mine were hitting it only when i was trying to install the header on the passenger side. just took a crowbar and bent them over enough to slip the header in. they don't hit with it installed. if yours are hitting even when the header is installed, i'm sure you could bend them out of the way.

You do not want the lines touching the pipes at all, you should be able to bend them a little.

bend them or go to hoses... my -6AN hoses dont touch after a little routing and modification. the work very well so far...

I tweaked mine with a pry bar...just be careful not to kink the line.
